The league will have 12 teams in two conferences.

The teams will play at local existing lighted fields adapted on game days with pop up side boards,
All-American baseball décor, fold up seating stands and a fold up score board.
All of which will be taken down after each game. Leonhardt Vineyards is the primary sponsor of the league.
A purchase of a case of Leonhardt Vineyards Zinfandel wine will provide the purchaser with 4 season tickets to the local team of their choice.
25 to 50% of all game day profits will be donated to local charities.
Leonhardt Vineyards also provides 25% of their profits from wine sales to charitable causes.
“This league will provide a fun night out for local families at a low cost.
Tickets for kids will be $2 each and for adults $5 each. The old fashioned uniforms will be colorful with the old style high stockings.
The brand of baseball will be entertaining. We intend to hire as much local talent as possible.
We encourage people to bring a picnic basket. Many in the grass watching areas will be available at all parks.
We hope to also attract tourists with a great evening entertainment choice after a day filled with wine tasting.
The wine country weather is ideal for evening baseball.” Stated league founder Howard J. Leonhardt of Leonhardt Vineyards.
“Our clear goal is to also raise funds for important local charities.
By charter 25 to 50% of our gate and concession profits will always be given to local charitable causes.”
Tryouts for the teams will begin the first week of October. Jersey and hat unveiling ceremonies will also start this early fall.
